Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days after delivery to return or exchange unused items in original packaging with tags. Personalised or opened hygiene items cannot be accepted.

How to proceed

Request a return by email (hello@gifts.diogoh.pt). We send a return label. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of workshop receipt.
